Send a Reminder to the Meeting Report Channel

Meeting+ can optionally send a reminder to the channel selected for reports.

What to Know:

Meeting+ can only send reminders to public channels.

Sending a Reminder to the Report Channel for a New Meeting

  1. Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
  2. Click Create Meeting
  3. Select your meeting type from the dropdown
  4. Set your meeting name, description, and URL
  5. Click Next
  6. Set your meeting time, recurrence, and report channel
  7. Select the checkbox next to Send reminder to report channel
  8. Select how long before the meeting starts the reminder will be sent
  9. Click Next
  10. Confirm your meeting settings and click Submit

A reminder will now be sent at a time according to your selection in the modal.

Sending a Reminder to the Report Channel for an Existing Meeting

  1. Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
  2. Locate the meeting that you want to add a URL to
  3. Click the Settings button associated to that meeting
  4. Click the Edit button next to "Meeting Schedule"
  5. Select the checkbox next to Send reminder to report channel
  6. Select how long before the meeting starts the reminder will be sent
  7. Click Next
  8. Confirm your meeting settings and click Submit

A reminder will now be sent at a time according to your selection in the modal.
