Set a Meeting URL (Zoom link, etc)

Meeting+ enables you to include a URL (typically a Zoom or Webex link) with the meeting details to ensure participants are able to join when the meeting begins.
What to Know:
Meeting+ will validate that the information in the Meeting Link input is a URL.
Setting a Meeting URL for a New Meeting

- Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
- Click Create Meeting
- Select your meeting type and click Next
- Fill out the meeting name and description
- In the Meeting Link URL field, enter the link to your meeting
- Continue meeting creation
When you or meeting participants view the meeting, they will see and be able to click the meeting URL.
Setting a Meeting URL for an Existing Meeting
- Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
- Locate the meeting that you want to add a URL to
- Click the Settings button associated to that meeting
- Click the Edit button next to "Meeting Summary"
- In the Meeting Link URL field, enter the link to your meeting
- Continue meeting creation
When you or meeting participants view the meeting, they will see and be able to click the meeting URL.
