Set a Meeting URL (Zoom link, etc)

Meeting+ enables you to include a URL (typically a Zoom or Webex link) with the meeting details to ensure participants are able to join when the meeting begins.

What to Know:

Meeting+ will validate that the information in the Meeting Link input is a URL.

Setting a Meeting URL for a New Meeting

  1. Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
  2. Click Create Meeting
  3. Select your meeting type and click Next
  4. Fill out the meeting name and description
  5. In the Meeting Link URL field, enter the link to your meeting
  6. Continue meeting creation

When you or meeting participants view the meeting, they will see and be able to click the meeting URL.

Setting a Meeting URL for an Existing Meeting

  1. Navigate to the Meeting+ home tab
  2. Locate the meeting that you want to add a URL to
  3. Click the Settings button associated to that meeting
  4. Click the Edit button next to "Meeting Summary"
  5. In the Meeting Link URL field, enter the link to your meeting
  6. Continue meeting creation
    When you or meeting participants view the meeting, they will see and be able to click the meeting URL.
